Just bought some new recording software. So I’m in the middle of having a look at how it all works and if all goes well might even try recording a song with it at home. Definitely less expensive than going to a recording studio. Also, I have recently written another new song titled “Eye of Love” so I am excited to get at least an acoustic and vocals version up on this site for now. Although being an epic (nearly 7 mins long) it doesn’t seem to like being uploaded as an mp3 for some reason, so may not be possible just yet? Until then, stay well friends until next post.

Is this some sort of strange alignment from the universe, or just a series of freaky conicidences? This is not music related, so wasn’t sure to post this one.

For the past few weeks in a row now, I have either witnessed, been close to and been involved in accidents. First there was a guy knocked off his motorbike. Then a week and a bit later we were involved in our own car accident, then just last Tuesday night, we saw a dog get hit by a car.

The dog was a big guard dog, not really sure what type of dog? Possibley a Rottweiler? The car was all smashed in at the front. He (the dog) was trapped under the car, we got him out after jacking the car up and to our amazement!!! He was lucky enough to escape without any real serious injuries and could actually stand up by himself.

This was one tough dog, especially seeing as he was hit at least 60 - 70 km’s an hour (37 miles - 43 miles). It was a 70k speed zone but the car just managed to brake before impact. So happy to see the dog alive, hopefully he will get proper medical and lots of love and affection that he rightly deserves off his owners. Although, being a guard dog wouldn’t exactly be the most warm loving enviroment a dog should be in.

I really hope that is the end of it, don’t think I can take much more of this stuff.

Should hopefully have some more music news posted in a couple of days or so.

Gee, this has been a busy, thrilling, dangerous, lucky to be alive, all over the shop ’life changing’ week. Not even going to begin to go into it. 

Now for other stuff…New song “Always Sideways” will still be up this week, maybe even tomorrow.

Has anybody tried google maps yet with the street level view. It’s just been released out here in Aus, but maybe you already have it in other countries?? It’s pretty good being able to see, up, down and full 360 sideways. They have it on Google Earth too. Except you will see these bubbles in front of your house and you click on them to see the street level. Fun, amazing!
