Just got some more podcast play, this time all the way over from a college in Western Japan on Hokudai/Cast 77: Vacation Gone . They chose ‘Pound Bend’ to play. They also played a band called Ruby Shuz, which sounded really great. The singer Jessie has her own mother in the band on backing vocals, what a cool sounding thing I thought.

While on the site, they had this video you see below from college humor. Just had to grab it, what a crack up!

There is going to be a new reality show in Aus. Seeing as they are looking for a theme song for it, I just thought I’d try my luck with ‘Brand Nu Day’, so i submitted it just now.

Am very happy to hear that Radio Paloma 106 FM, they broadcast in the South of the Netherlands and North of Belgium, have added the whole Cruze album to their tracklist. They say it fit’s perfectly in their Pop/Rock section, so am even more happy about that. Take a minute to visit their site. BTW did they name those cars Chevy Cruze and Holden Cruze after hearing this album? Probably not, but hey you never know?

Lets hope that Hurricane Gustav (watch youtube here) doesn’t take anymore lives, it’s just hit Louisiana, USA today. It looks like the size of a small country just spinning around. Yesterday, I mentioned that I was going to post random songs on each new post for awhile.
