Victoria, Melbourne, Australia, Fires Still Burning

Not only was it Melbourne’s hottest day in history on Sat Feb 7th 2009. But for those of you in other parts of the world, it was also the beginning of Australia’s worst fires in history. Unfortunately so far it has been reported that 108 116 126130 people 173 181 people 189 200 201 208 209 210 have lost their lives so far and more than 750 1,033 1,069 1,834 homes destroyed, as the fires are still going as i type this post.
